Commerce data

We process verified email addresses, order and payment references, account sessions, support history, and server-observed security data to deliver purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. PayPal and Plisio process payment details under their own privacy terms; card details entered on PayPal's hosted checkout do not pass through Cheddar systems.

Discord linking

If you choose to link Discord, we store your Discord user ID and current profile name so we can join you to the official server, synchronize the Customer role from verified purchase history, and synchronize product roles from active subscription time. The OAuth access token is used during linking and is not retained.

Loader data

The loader attributes operational and security events to accounts and installations. Hardware identifiers are normalized and protected; sensitive inventory access is restricted and audited.

Excluded data

We do not collect passwords, license-key field contents, authentication tokens, decrypted artifacts, screenshots, memory dumps, or unrelated process inventories.

Retention and access

Operational and security records are retained according to documented security and legal needs. Administrative access and exports are restricted and audited.
